Dr. Chris Ainsworth

Dr. Ainsworth graduated from Auburn University Veterinary College in 2002 and worked in Mobile, Alabama, for four years before moving to Foley and becoming owner of Foley Veterinary Hospital.  Dr. A. enjoys orthopedics and dermatology.  He has been married to Treavie Ainsworth, a teacher at Gulf Shores High School, for 14 wonderful years.  They have a 16-year-old son, Adam, and a 9-year-old son, Lake.  His family now only has 3 pets:  a 15-year old-poodle named Sparky, a 13-year-old cat named Bandit, and a 1-year-old hellion named Missy who is also pictured here.  Before becoming a Veterinarian, Dr. A. worked at the University of South Alabama Medical Center for 13 years in the CT/MRI Department.

Cary Jay

Cary is our resident mother.  Her husband and her 5-year-old son keep her on her toes.  She came to us from West Palm Beach, Florida, but is originally from Birmingham.  Cary has a true passion for animals of all kinds.  Her zoo consists of her rottweiler, Titan, and kitties, Shrek and Bella.  She has been with the hospital since May 2010 and brings with her knowledge and experience of 10 years in the veterinary field.  She will always greet you with a smile and a big . . . . .

Patricia Willis

Patricia, a.k.a. Tricia, has lived in lower Alabama her entire life, in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties.  She has been with us since November 2008 and divides her time between the hospital and the University of South Alabama, where she is a senior working toward her B.S. Degree.  Tricia would like to make a career in wildlife biology working with reptiles, but enjoys working and caring for the fluffier varieties of animals as well.  Her household includes a plethora of animals including her dogs pictured here, Pearl and Ugly Betty.  Tricia is a member of the Who Dat Nation and will always give you a
big . . .

Melissa Snell

Melissa has been with the Foley Veterinarian Hospital since the beginning of 2010.  She lives in Gulf Shores but is originally from Birmingham.  She is now attending Faulkner State Community College.  Also, she has two four-legged family members, Thomas and Ziva, who are her babies as well as a zoo full of a variety of pets.  She is a great asset to our staff and cares for all the animals as if they were hers.  Melissa is full of love and compassion and keeps our kennels running smoothly.
